You go ahead and do yours and the Dignitary's plan. You travel back in time, right when the Lordling's tower was supposed to go off. Then you slice it up much like you did with the old prototyping orb. You then watch as the orb falls across the Prospit moon. You then go pick it up and teleport it to the Tower. It seems like the plan works, and the orb fits cleanly on the prototyping tower.
