You try to.  In the end, however, it all leads to you being incapable of opening your door anymore.  You could easily break down this door, what with your high VIM stat.  You have a high VIM stat, a low PULCHRITUDE, and an even lower IMAGINATION.  Your cohort, PS, has told you that he has a high PULCHRITUDE, a medium IMAGINATION, and lower VIM stat.  The other bloke down the hall, PI, has a high IMAGINATION, and low everything else.

VIM, in this instance, means the amount of physical strength you have.

PULCHRITUDE, here, means the ability to communicate effectively with other characters

IMAGINATION, here, means the aptness with the mechanics of the game.
