Hello, my name is Elijah T and I'm from a sleepy town in Indiana and I'm making my site to show my artwork. My artwork is based off my family.
Meaning- The meaning of this artwork is my mom who has a big heart, my dad who loves motorcyles, and me who works out.
This is the final artwork, its meant to symblize families can be beutiful. You can see this when you turn it upside down it shows a night sky. I also intentionally left some spots unpainted to show that not all families are perfect.

This project shows my hobbies based on the football, as football is my hobby. This was my original plan, and I didn't change anything about it. The first thing I did was make a planning sketch. The second thing I did was practice using clay. The third thing I did was create the shape of the main sculpture. The fourth thing I did was use sculpt-a-mold to make shapes and create the hair and head. The last thing I did was paint the whole thing. I learned how to use sculpt-a-mold. The hardest part was painting in all of the nooks and crannies of the sculpture. If I want to do pottery or something like that, this project can really help me now.
The idea for my project was a starfish that was a mix of patrick star and a normal starfish. The first thing I did was get a piece of plaster of paris and had to chisel a starfish. The next step was painting so i made the body of the starfish pink and gave it shorts like patrick star. The next step was to give it a starfish pattern with yellow and I did that. I have learned how to carve and work with sculpting tools. The hardest part of the project was the shaving of the plaster because it was rock solid and the easiest part was painting. This might help me in the future if want to do drywall.
