Exporting DXF Files
Many rapid prototyping tools require DXF files to create 2D profiles. This dxf files can be created from any face, or 2D view of your model.
Exporting a Face as a DXF:

Ensure your model units are in inches (all ME Shop Equipment expects inch units)
Right Click on a Face of your 3D Model
Choose [Export to DXF/DWG]
Name your file, choose a save location and click [Save]
Click on the [Green Check Mark] on the left side menu in Solidworks to confirm
