This site provides information related to deployment and the continued integration of this technology into our classrooms.

Roll-out Dates:

  • Staff devices - November 6,7,8
  • Student Devices -November 12, 13, 14, 15 (Nov 16 if needed)

Student that are absent during the assigned deployment time will either receive their student device during Friday or by appointment with the building analyst.


  • Make Sure students know their student ID number and email.
  • Please ask students to leave their cell phones in the classroom. (Let them know you will lock the door.)
  • Once students receive their device we are asking that they are powered down and put away for the remainder of the day.
  • Students are welcome to explore their laptops at home.
  • Information on broken or lost devices will be sent home to parent or guardian.
