Google Drive is a cloud-based storage platform, allowing you to access things stored here from any device. It provides a secure, centralized location to store and manage your digital files, including documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and more.Â
Google Drive integrates with Google's suite of productivity tools, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides. When you create those types of files, they are automatically saved in your Google Drive.
After you graduate or move and are no longer an OPS student, your Google account will be disabled. Once your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to access the files in your Google Drive.
To keep the files in your Google Drive you must manually back them up and upload them to a personal Google account.
