District and Building Professional Learning during the school year has us learning and applying all while trying to manage the daily demands of our roles. Summer Conference allows a more relaxed environment for learning and opportunities to implement that learning at a pace that works for you!
At Summer Conference there is so much CHOICE! You get to decide where to focus your learning!
Part of the choice with Summer Conference is that we are able to focus our learning to support not only what we do with students, but also to support our PERSONAL needs and goals.
We have so many AMAZING things happening in our district and so many AMAZING educators making those things happen every day! Summer Conference is a showcase of the talented educators we have across our system and the programs we have in place to support student success!
With tight budgets, staffing challenges, and our own demanding schedules it can be difficult to participate in national conferences. Summer Conference brings a national conference to YOU! Not only do we have out-of-district national presenters who come to Summer Conference, but we also have many in-district presenters who have attended national conferences who are bringing that knowledge back to us in our district!
Often at our District and Building Professional Learning sessions we are only connecting with people we work with everyday. Summer Conference allows us to learn along with others that we don't normally have the chance to work with. We hear new perspectives and gain new ideas to help us grow in our learning!
