Session Strands

Sessions will explore strategies for nurturing professional resilience while maintaining focus on what matters in schools. Participants will leave inspired to persist in the meaningful work of education. 

Connection is the light that brings every learning community to life. Sessions in this strand will highlight the importance of authentic relationships—between educators, students, families, and colleagues—that foster trust, belonging, and collaboration. Sessions will explore how connection deepens engagement, strengthens school culture, and empowers collective growth. Connections build relationships for learning and life. 

Clarity brings light to what matters most. Sessions in this strand will explore ways to define priorities and align goals to impact both teaching and learning. Sessions will focus on developing shared understanding, refining instructional practices, and using evidence to guide decisions. Participants will gain tools to move forward with confidence, vision, and intentionality.
