Currently, the District is not providing any funding for Out-of-District professional learning opportunities. Also included on the list may be some resources, such as books for professional reading. Please know that these are only suggestions and not required activities. Currently, the District is not providing funding for the purchase of resource materials.
1 hour of engagement with new learning = 1 professional development point. You will request points by submitting the CERT: Knowledge Points request form found in Frontline. This is part of the Individual Action Plan process.
There is a maximum of 120 points that may be earned for salary movement in the professional development year (August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020). There is no limit on the number of points you may earn for relicensure.
