You read the book and engaged in discussions outside of your contract time.

As a Service to the Profession, I will participate in activities of professional organizations and share instructional advocacy and educator working conditions information as pertinent to my colleagues as the ONEA Association Representative for (insert building name here) within one week after every meeting or upon of receiving communications from the organization.
Service to the Profession Action Plans are only eligible to earn Knowledge level points per KSDE Guidelines.

Points earned during your contract day are purposed for relicensure only and NOT for salary movement.
If you receive a stipend for any activity outside of your contract time, points you may earn are NOT purposed for salary movement.
If the district provides any support for you to attend an activity (registration, travel, substitute, professional leave, etc) points you may earn will NOT be purposed for salary movement.
You may only earn a maximum of 120 points that are purposed for salary movement in a professional learning year (August 1- July 31). Points above the 120 point maximum will NOT be purposed for salary movement.
