PROMOTION CENTER CAN BE FOUND IN RESOURCES
The Drill Team is a skill intense competing team, made up of AS100-400 (1st to 4th) year cadets. Any cadets are able and welcome to join, no matter their drill proficiency. Cadets will spend their time after school to hone in on their drilling skills, and use it at competitions, local and abroad. Cadets on drill team have the chance to travel on overnight trips, in and out of state, creating a strong bond between team members.
The Drill Team is together several teams. Each cadet has a series of steps to reach certain teams, but all teams compete together.
The teams consist of Unarmed Regulation and Exhibition, Armed Regulation and Exhibition, and Sabers and Color guard.
New Drill cadets must go through Unarmed Reg to advance to Unarmed Exhibition, then can move to Armed Reg and Exhibition, Color guard, and Sabers.
Both Sabers and Color Guard are ceremonial Drill teams, and cadets might perform at school games, and Homecoming.
