GCSC Libraries

Hello, I’m Linda Brinegar, Director of Libraries for Greenfield Central CSC.  I earned my Master of Library Science degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2007. Before starting my position with Greenfield-Central CSC in 2019, I was Coordinator of Libraries and Learning Commons for Madison Consolidated Schools in Madison, Indiana. Prior to that, I worked for MSD Martinsville Schools at Martinsville West Middle School. My first Librarian position was Elementary Librarian for four buildings with Brown County Schools in Nashville, Indiana. In my position with Greenfield, I oversee Library processes and curriculum in all eight building Libraries in the district. I’m passionate about helping people answer questions by connecting them with information they’re seeking. I see Libraries as places to collaborate with others, explore, find information, and answer questions.  Stop by your Library to be inspired!
