Teaching Assistant

As a teaching assistant I am getting more insight into what it takes to successfully execute classes and even got first hand experience of what it looked like for the educator's experience transitioning to online teaching during the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

ILS Lecture VIP Usher

Being a part of the ILS Lecture Series is definitely an experience that puts you in a position to have opportunities that very few students anywhere would get the chance to have.
Through this experience I got to hear in-person the incredible stories and wisdom authors had to share and take photos with them.

Some authors include Melinda French Gates, Malcom Gladwell, and so many more.

BSA President

As a BSA (Barowsky Students Association) member who had opportunities to serve in officer positions, I had the opportunity to really curate my Dominican experience and the Dominican experience for other members. As a member I had the opportunity to visit the LinkedIn office and as an officer, I was able to create a new officer position of Chief Diversity Officer to show that this new C-Suite level role was indeed a real role out in the world and ensure that diversity and inclusion would remain to be an important component for the future of the organization.
