The scientists have found a solution to the flooding caused by climate change! It's Noah's Ark! It was invented a very long time ago, so it is not really an innovation or new invention. It also does not solve the problem; instead, it deals with the effects of it. The mural draws attention to the fact that humans need to start solving problems instead of ignoring them and only dealing with the consequences.
