The outline of Mick Jagger, the lead guitarist of The Rolling Stones, is a Gaussian surface, which is "charged". Everywhere on the surface has the same charge. Each successive outline of Mick Jagger has a lower charge. The mural also looks like a Rolling Stones album cover that was called Red Rocks.
