Earth-Glass

The earth is represented as the sand in an hourglass that is disappearing as time goes on, turning into used up dust. This mural represents what human degradation is doing to the earth, and reminds viewers that a solution must be found to stop the degradation (plug the hourglass hole) and restore degraded areas (flip the hourglass over again).
