Casper the friendly ghost is a cartoon that is the inspiration for this mural. CRISPR is a real gene editing substance that has been recently used on humans to attempt to cure genetic diseases.

The gravestones appear to represent different parts of AP Bio class; the artists' bio grade has died and so has the notorious plants test.
