Due to timetable changes for the Primary School next week, where some students will be at school and some stay at home, we have to change the Google Meet time and open up the time for students to work on their tasks individually (at school or from home). Please check the new times below.

1. “Should do” Google Classroom Assignment: students should work independently on their German task, which will be posted in Google Classroom once a week (Monday morning). The time to work on this can be chosen individually (at school or from home).

2. Friday 13:45-14:15: This lesson starts with a Google Meet - the link will be accessible in the German Google Classroom exactly at 13:45

3. Additional: “Could do” activities can be found on teachers’ sub-pages of the German Website

If you have questions, you can contact your child’s German teacher or the Department Leader, Sabrina Hafenscher (shafenscher@vis.ac.at).

Please encourage your child to be on time for Google Meets, to follow the instructions and fulfil the tasks teachers have set up.

We understand that this is a challenging time for some families and therefore, the tasks are separated into “should do” and “could do” activities and designed with flexibility to be carried out at any time during the week.

• Listen to all auditives from Unit 7 Klett online. Listen several times! Listen and repeat. Say the words out loud!

• Gelbes Buch: S. 72: Look at the picture of the room (Kinderzimmer) Who lives in this room? Read the text of Ben, Daniel and Anna. Send me your answer! Tick the answers: S. 73 d)

• Draw a picture of your room and write a caption in German. Please share with me.

Show me your floor-plan from last week and present your home. Name the different rooms in your apartment/ house and tell me what you do there.
