PERFECT PARTY PUNCH

The Perfect Party Punch is a refreshing drink for a hot summer day! It would be perfect for dinners, get-togethers, and more! It’s bitter and sweet for you to drink!


Drink mix

6 cups - Chilled cranberry juice cocktail

4 cups - Ginger ale

1 can - Orange-pineapple juice concentrate (thawed)

1 whole - Orange



Directions

  1. Place juice, ginger ale, and concentrate in a pitcher

  2. Use a zester to score an orange from top to bottom, use a utility knife to slice into rings. Place in pitcher

  3. Plunge until thoroughly mixed



CHERRY ALMOND BARS

These cookie bars are rich and delightful, and if you’re ever up late and looking for something to do, baking these bars would be highly recommended! The inside is rich and dense, and the frosting is thick like a cherry and very fluffy.


Bars

I cup - Unsalted butter-room temperature

2 cups - Granulated sugar

4 - Large Eggs

2 teaspoons - Almond extract

5 cups - Flour

1 teaspoon - Salt

½ teaspoon - Baking soda



Frosting

1 cup - Unsalted butter-room temperature

4 cups - Confectioner’s sugar

1 Tablespoon - Almond extract

¼ cup - Heavy whipping cream

10-12 - Maraschino cherries

Splash - Cherry juice

(As many as you like) - Sprinkles of choice



Directions

Preheat oven to 375°

Grease ½ Sheet pan + line with parchment paper


  1. In the mixer, mix together butter & sugar until fluffy on medium/high

  2. Add eggs one at a time

  3. Add extract

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and & baking soda - add to mixing bowl little at a time

  5. Press dough into the sheet pan using wax paper to make even (rolling pin works well, too)

  6. Bake 14-17 minutes


*Mix all frosting ingredients next-let cookies cool 100% until spreading the frosting on



Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

This is the perfect meal for a large group of people during the mornings or any other time of day. With this dish, you can also feel free to add in other ingredients like bacon or vegetables. Whatever you want!


Casserole Recipe

1, 26 oz. bag - Frozen hash browns

12 - Eggs

1 cup - Milk

1 Tablespoon - Ground mustard

16 oz - Regular or maple sausage ground

Two dashes - Pepper

16 oz - Shredded cheddar cheese



Directions

  1. Spray crockpot or use liner

  2. Spread hashbrowns at the bottom of the crockpot

  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add milk

  4. Sprinkle in mustard and pepper

  5. Mix well-set aside

  6. Cook sausage + drain, set aside

  7. Add sausage on top of hashbrowns

  8. Cheese on top of meat

  9. Mix cheese, meat, and hashbrowns

  10. Pour egg mixture on top

  11. Even everything out

  12. Cook on low for 6-8 hours overnight
