Internship on Quarter Circle HM and JC Heart Ranches
The Colorado Department of Education Defines "Professional " using the words
*Time and Work Management
*Career literacy
*Grit and resilience
*Work ethic; dependable and rilability
My Personal Defanition
Pofessionalism, is not just a way to act in certain atmostpheres nor just time and work management in my , career literacy, grit and resilience, or work ethic and dependability, opinion. However I have found it to be a passion reinforced by grit, determination and a loving for what you do. Its precision, grit and the pride that shows in what you do that makes you professional. Everyone wants to be the "master" or at least great at what they do however, not hardly anyone is willing or knows of the grueling work, the aches and pains, the long days and even longer and colder nights, the times when you're sick and tired of it but you get up early and do it anyway. the building and construction of precession and greatness is what it means to be professional.
