My Personal Definition: Professionalism to me, means demonstrating a strong work ethic, consistently being productive, maintaining reliability in all aspects of work and communicating clearly and respectfully with others to get things done well and build trust.

In the spring of 2024, I plan to go to the Technical College of the Rockies to become a nail technician. After that, I hope to grow in my career and maybe even return to work at the credit union. This way, I can use both my creative skills and what l've learned from my previous experience.

Q: What do you like about working at a credit union?
A: The difference between a credit union and an actual bank is that credit unions are smaller than banks, we know all the members everybody knows each other and it's a small group of girls I get to work with

A: I would say It's really important to have communication skills working with coworkers and members and it something you need to have
Q: When you first started working here, what was a big challenge you faced?
A: Having to learn things its a thousand things you gave to learn and know how to do right but I faced it taking everything little by little
Q: What is your position here at the credit union, If you weren’t in this position, what’s another position you would like to be working in?
A: I am a teller and work with 2 other teller, if I wasn’t in this position I would like to be doing loans, I have been in the office since I am a spanish speaker so I get to translate and I get some information while doing that so it caught my interest and i'm hoping to work up to that position
