At the Spaces Bookings Department, we seek to achieve the optimal distribution of spaces for all types of activities - teaching and non-teaching - that take place at IE. We are committed to providing our community with the necessary environment to have a differentiating experience.
We attend the requests for the use of spaces and transfer them to the support departments that are required, to ensure an efficient and complete response to our users.
The information about the classrooms booked for your class sessions will always be reflected on your Blackboard Calendar.
We make the following resources available, also accesible through ServiceDesk, so that you can find the information you need:
Workrooms and Study positions bookings A tool suitable for managing your own workroom reservations on our Campus.
Room Search Allows searching by building or by specific space.
