Report changes in your availability information

You can use the Availability Form in case you need to change or add information before receiving your course schedule.

Or if you prefer, you can sen an email or contact the Planning Coordinator in charge of your course directly.

Availability changes may cause a big impact on the course planning and the other professors's schedules, please keep us informed at the earliest possible time.

Once the term has begun, changes should only occur on exceptional basis. You should contact the corresponding planning coordinator, who will assess the feasibility of the change requested.
