Focus Question: How can I extend my knowledge of place value to decimals?
This is our first year with this new curriculum, Reveal Math.
This third unit is all about understanding place value and number relationships, exploring with numbers with decimals, read and writing decimals, comparing decimals, rounding decimals, and solving word problems.

5.NBT.3b - I can compare two decimals to the thousandths based on the meaning of the digit in each place, using <, =, and > symbols to record a result of comparisons.
