Chilean people are hard workers by nature an despite the geography they get together to give life to a society with a young spirit. They are lovers of freedom. Chilean culture is a mix of indigenous elements (specially mapuche) and spanish colonialism.  Chilean people are proud, happy, optimists, big spenders, unpunctual, tricky, solidary, and hard workers.  We are also in love with the landscape, climate, and our country's food. Good things about chilean people are: we know when to help, we get up when there's a problem and we are always in a good mood. A question many people ask is why do chilean people say "po"? "Si po" usually goes at the end of a phrase and it is equivalent to" for or therefore" and it started being used by the people in the countryside. Another popular question is why do we say "al tiro"? "Al tiro" means immediately.
