Down Syndrome - it's the most common chromosomal condition in the world. It is very important to learn a lot more about it, so included below is a link to the Official National Down Syndrome Society website, where you'll find a page about the history and genetics of the condition. Remember to raise awareness by wearing blue and yellow!
