Hello I am Mrs. Wentzel and I have been teaching at Boyertown Area School District for 19 years. Throughout my tenure, I have taught 5th and 6th grade at Colebrookedale Elementary. I am currently teaching math on team integrity at Boyertown Middle School West.

I have an undergraduate degree in art from Millersville University and my teaching and master’s degree from Alvernia University. I am married and have two grown children.

Through my experiences as a student and a teacher, I have found the seven hours devoted to learning in school can be rewarding for both students and teachers. My mission during those 7 hours a day is to help your child discover and nurture their natural abilities leading them toward academic growth and social growth. In conjunction with this mission, I want to build a mutual respect within our school and classroom community and allow your child to recognize their importance in this world by building their self-esteem and love of learning.

I am pleased to have this opportunity to work with you and your child. I love teaching math and absolutely love teaching my students in sixth grade. I am looking forward to a positive experience for all of us as we continue to learn from each other.
