It is time to get ready for the Technology Student Association (TSA) State Conference. This year the conference will be in Louisville, KY at the Marriott Downtown Louisville hotel on March 16 - 18, 2026. We will be leaving Bryan Station High School on Sunday, March 15th, time to be determined. We will arrive back at BSHS on March 18th by 1:00 PM.
Here are some things you need to know:
Students are expected to pay the cost of their registration, $100.00. This MUST be paid before the registration deadline: February 27th! Students who have not paid their registration cost will not be registered for the conference. This cost can be paid over a series of monthly installments, or through fundraising.
The cost of the bus and the hotel are being paid for by the school.
In addition, students need to bring money for the cost of their own food. The good news is that with the conference being downtown Louisville we are in walking distance of several restaurants. See food options below.
Uniform: Students are required to wear the TSA Uniform during competition, which the school will supply. The Chapter fee of $25 covers the cost of a BSHS TSA polo. Students will need to have the following other clothes for the uniform:
Males: Gray dress slacks and black dress shoes with black socks. NO SNEAKERS!
Females: Gray dress slacks or knee length skirts, and black dress shoes. NO SNEAKERS!
Bring clothes for after competitions. Please remember that this is a high school conference. There is a pool and a workout room. Space on the bus and in the van are limited. Please pack light, but bring what you need.
If your student does not have access to the uniform requirements for clothing see one of the TSA sponsors, or our Youth Service Coordinator in the Care Center.
