It has been about a year since COVID hit and our lives drastically changed. Things have opened up a lot since then, but still aren't the same. Everyone should know that it's okay not to be okay. It is okay to be sad, its okay to be stressed, etc. Just know that there is always someone there to talk to or just to rant to.
Go outside and walk your pet(s).
Go o a nice spring drive with your friends or family and drive to a scenic place to take pictures.
Try that new TikTok trend you saw this week.
Try out new hobbies like, coloring, baking, running, reading, watching crazy documentaries, listen to new music, etc.
Challenge yourself to drink half a gallon of water a day.
Get out of your comfort zone and try something new.
Check up on your friends.
Tell people you appreciate them.
WEAR YOUR MASK!!!
Salt your driveway.
Start your car 10 to 15 minutes before you leave.
If it is going to snow or ice over, get your ice/snow scraper out of your car and have it in your house so you can easily access it.
