联课活动实施办法 

1. 藉着有组织的会社活动与竞赛，激发学生个人才华及潜能的发展。

To encourage student to develop his/her potential and talent through a well organized club activity and competition.

2. 透过健康的团体生活与学习，达致学生身心的平衡与成长。

To achieve the growth and balance in physical and mental aspects through a healthy group living and learning.

1. 学生必须依自己的兴趣及能力来参加会社。

A student should join a club according to his/her interest and ability.

2. 学生因特殊原因，可在新学年开学后的首两个星期内申办转换会社。

Due to special reasons, a student may apply to change his/her club during the first two weeks of every new academic year.

3. 学生因故无法出席活动，须向联课活动处办理会社活动请假或豁免。

If a student is unable to attend a club activity for a particular reason, he/she must apply for club activity's leave or exemption.

每学期评分一次，以两节课计分，纳入学期学业成绩计算。

Student co-curricular activity (CCA) result will be counted as 2 periods included into the academic results.

评分方法：

Modes of Assessment:

1. 出席分：50% 

Attendance 50%

• 实际出席分：50% 减 实际扣分。

Actual attendance marks = 50% minus Actual deduction marks

• 出缺席记录必须清楚与准确。

Attendance record must be clear and precise.

• 任何在行事历所列定的会社活动若有变更或取消，均须以通告方式通知会员及联课活动处。

Any club activity added or cancel or date changed from the "CCA Fixed club activity" should make sure to inform each member and CCA in NOTICE form.

• 由会社顾问及会社正副主席的协助评给。

Assessment on attendance should be carried out by club advisor(s) with the assistance of club chairpersons.

2. 表现分：20%

Performance 20%

• 依据会员的个人能力与工作量、服务素质与参与感、职位及年资评给。

Based on the member's ability and workload, service quality and sense of participation, post in club and years of membership.

• 由顾问老师与指导老师 / 教练负责评给。

Assessment should be done by club advisor(s) / with instructor(s) only.

3. 态度分：10%

Attitude 10%

• 依据会员拥有下列优点评定：谦虚有礼、守时守纪、积极主动、合作助人、忠心尽责。

Based on the following merits that the member has: Being humble, politeness, discipline, punctuality, aggressiveness, initiative, co-operation, helpfulness, dedication and responsibility.

• 由顾问老师与指导老师 / 教练负责评给。

Assessment should be done by club advisor(s) / with instructor(s).

4. 亮点分：20%

Extraordinary Performance 20%

联课活动处依据 Assessment is based on

• <学生参加活动个人呈报表> 资料评给学生个人亮点分：0-10%，及 

Student personal EP marks from "Personal Report of Student's Involvement in Activities" 0-10%, and

• <会社活动学年报告>资料评给会社表现亮点分：0-10% 

Club performance EP marks from "Club Annual Report on Activity" 0-10%

联课活动请假与扣分 

CCA Leave and Marks Deduction 

1. 公假、丧假、病假不扣分，事假扣3分。

Absence with leave: Official, Sick and Funeral - no deduction of marks

Personal leave: Deduct 3 marks

2. 无故缺席扣8分。

Absence without leave: Deduct 8 marks

3. 迟到、早退扣1分。

Late/Early leave: Deduct 1 mark

• 无故迟到十分钟以上者。

Late for 10 minutes after starting of activity without valid reasons.

• 无故早退十分钟以上者。

Early leave for 10 minutes before dismissal of activity without valid reasons.

• 会社顾问必须妥善保存会员请假单，以作为扣分之依据。

Club advisor must keep the Leave portion properly as a proof of marks deduction.

4. 实际扣分公式 = （列定之会社活动次数 ÷ 一学期内会社活动之总数）x 一学期内之总扣分 

Formula of Actual deduction marks 

= (Standard number of club activity ÷ Total number of club activity within 1 term) x Total deduction marks within 1 term
