SYRORUN 5K

Dear Syro 5k Participants,

We hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits. With the much-anticipated Syro 5K Run just around the corner, we wanted to provide you with essential information regarding the event's time, venue, and logistics. Please carefully review the following details:

Date: Tomorrow, June 3rd Saturday

Time: 7:00 AM

Venue: Colonial Park (156 Mettlers Rd, Somerset, NJ 08873)

**Event Schedule:**

- [Registration/Check-in Time]: We kindly request all participants to arrive at the venue between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM  to ensure a smooth registration process.

- [Race Start Time]: The 5K Run will officially commence at 8:00 AM. Please ensure you are in your designated starting area at least 15 minutes before the start time.

- Park Rangers will be closing the running route around 7:45 AM. If you are coming after 7:45 AM you will need to park before the running route and walk to the start line.

**Logistics:**

1. Parking: Parking spaces will be available near the event venue during LOT C https://goo.gl/maps/FB6hF9HEz4GFa7yt9 .

2. Restrooms: Restrooms will be available near the parking for your convenience.

3. Water Stations: Multiple water stations will be set up along the route to keep you hydrated during the run.

4. Medical Assistance: Trained medical personnel (EMT) will be stationed throughout the venue, including at the start and finish lines, as well as along the race route, to provide any necessary assistance.

**Participant Safety:**

- We prioritize your safety and well-being above all else. To ensure a secure environment for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

- Always follow the instructions of the event staff and volunteers.

- For those who already have T-shirts and Bibs, please make sure to bring them to the venue.

- Wear your allocated bib number visibly on the front of your shirt throughout the event.

- Stay on the designated running route and refrain from straying onto traffic lanes or pedestrian areas.

- Be mindful of your fellow participants and maintain a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.
