We ensure that our students are college and career ready. Leadership is committed to collaboration on all levels to ensure that all aspects of the work are considered. We apply a holistic approach to supporting schools, delivering targeted support to address their individual needs. As a community, we hold each other accountable to supporting and providing student with the tools needed, achieving academic excellence.

Equity: Equity means we approach each situation in a way that takes into account what the school needs and ensures that all schools come out with what they need or more. This leads to Validation, Recognition, Fairness and Equity for our schools as well as the children and families we serve. Equity is driven by fairness to ensure there is excellence for all.

Access: Our students have access to excellence through an array of programs, ensuring that they are college and career ready. They are sought after and get into excellent high schools and post-high-school learning institutions and work experiences.

Diversity: We as a district are committed to creating and supporting a diverse community with diverse populations, needs, ideas, and talents.
