For all officers and bargaining unit members of the Police Department hired after January 1, 2022, the following experience requirements shall determine place in grade: Step 1: No experience Step 2: One (1) year experience and has completed regular schooling Step 3: Three (3) years experience. Said experience may be within the Streetsboro Police Department or another police agency.
