SPONSOR PACKAGE

Sponsor package registration forms will be sent by mail October 14th to our main contact only.
It might happen the invite is redirected to your spam folder.

Choose main contact for the event in the registration form - this can be a different person from the regular main contact.
Only this person will receive all relevant event information from this point.

The size of your allowed crew is decided by the package you choose.

Invoice will be sent in December.

CREW

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Main event contact receives a separate email with link to register your crew.
This will be sent after you have registered you sponsor package.
Registration is binding.

Max size of your crew depends on the package you choose.

The VK2026 ticket is personal, and may not be divided between several individuals.
Full ticket rate will be charged even for partial attendance.

Everyone entering Strawberry Arena needs an ID-Badge

EXTRA TICKETS & WAITING LIST

We do not sell extra tickets separately, but a waiting list will be available in your registration form when your crew size is full.
Waiting list results will be communicated in January.

CHANGE OF CREW

Registration is binding, but name changes of your crew is possible.

Tickets are personal, and it is not possible to split tickets between several individuals.

DAYPASS - EXPO CREW TICKETS

All personell entering Strawberry Arena needs an ID-Badge, even if you are delivering goods, or building a stand.
These will need a daypass. Daypass are free of charge, and are additional to your max crew size.

If you need extra crew to work in your stand at Expo, daypass are available free of charge.
Daypass tickets will not give access to evening events, and is only valid for staff working at Expo.

ACCOMMODATION

We will reserve rooms for you according to your registration.
Everyone must settle their room bill upon check-out.

All Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors are guaranteed to get rooms at either Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena OR Comfort Hotel Solna.

Everyone will be notified on where to stay in January.
