If you want help from Workman Event on handling of goods, you need to use their partner agent for transportation - Neli Specialtransport.
Here is partner information, and some guidelines & costs for customs clearance to Sweden
Of course you are free to choose your own agency of transport, just know we will not be able to assist you if there are some customs issues.

Menus are to be collected in December through a Google Form. This will be displayed in event app during the event.
When planning your menu, consider allergies. Make it easy to serve all.

Only suppliers with a alcohol contract with Strawberry are allowed to serve alcohol, and only during scheduled Expo breaks after 11:00 (Swedish Law)
Separate instructions will be sent to alcohol suppliers.
**It is absolutely mandatory to send invoice on alcoholic beverages in advance.
**Once invoice is issued and received by Stockholm Live Catering, you may issue a credit invoice.
