Deliveries & pick-up of goods to the Expo area will be at Gate Hx/110 between Entré G and H close to Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena.
Opening hours gate Hx/110:

MONDAY 07:00 - 12:00
Entrance and exit for suppliers to/from the Expo area during the event will be at Gate F, near Comfort Hotel Solna.

SATURDAY 09:00 - 22:00
SUNDAY 08:00 - 18:00
EVERYONE entering the arena need a VK badge which can be picked up at our servicedesk.
**The Expo area must be EMPTY by 22:00 at Saturday

Get Together starts directly after Expo by Night at Saturday.
Our guests will be at Expo by Night in their theme outfits.
We know some of you might want to stop by the hotel room to change after Expo by Night.
Entrance to Get Together will then be at Strawberry Arena, Entré A

Move-out starts at January 11th, from 16:00 to 18:00, and finishes at January 12th by 12:00.
January 11th:
*NO moving out until all attendees has left the venue
*Exit trough Gate F ONLY
*DO NOT USE EMERGENCY EXITS UNLESS A FIRE ALARM GOES OFF!!
*You may start disassembly stands from 16:00, but empty casings etc. will not be provided until Monday morning.
*Large elevators not available. You may move out items you can carry yourself, or through a passenger lift.
*Participants will enter the Award Dinner Sunday evening through the Expo area, which makes it important to keep the area presentable.
*Remember to stow away valuable objects.
January 12th:
All Expo stands must be empty by 12:00 !!

We deliver leftover food to the Salvation Army.
Take your leftovers to C27 - opposite Carlsberg stand.
