8th & 9th: Goods to be delivered at Friends Arena between 07:30 and 16:00

10th: All Expo stands ready for inspection by 17:00 (Expo area open until 20:00)
If you are ready earlier, you do not need to stay behind and wait for the inspection
11th: Expo ready for visitors at 14:00 !
12th: Leftover food for Salvation army to be delivered at TBA - next to xx stand - by 17:00

*Exhibitors may start disassembly stands from 16:00, but empty casings etc. will not be provided until Monday morning.
*No access to large elevators. Only possible to move out items you can carry yourself, or through the passenger lift.
- Participants will enter Awards Dinner Sunday evening through the Expo area.
- Important to keep the area presentable.
- Remember to stow away valuable objects.
