The Straub Court townhomes began construction in 1999 and were completed in early 2002. The complex includes 3 buildings surrounding a paved motor court and central mail kiosk. The 14 three story units include three unique styles: Bay, Terrace and Loft. The complex is located in downtown St. Petersburg Florida and is across the street from the Museum of the American Arts & Crafts Movement.

William L. Straub built a home on this site in 1905; destroyed by arson in 1997. Editor of the St. Petersburg times, he championed preservation of the waterfront and independence for Pinellas County.
