Welcome to middle school science and social studies! I am very excited to have your child in class for my 26th year here at Strasburg. I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade as well as Title I reading and math. This will be my fifth year teaching middle school. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education from UCM in 1999, and then went on to earn a Master’s and Specialist’s Degree in administration from William Woods University.
I live outside of Pleasant Hill with my husband of twenty-six years, James, our daughters Maggie and Taylor, and our granddaughter, Finley.
In my spare time, I love to read, hang out with my family, and watch the latest shows and movies on Netflix. And I am a huge baseball fan. Let's go Royals!
