Mushroom Sorpotel served with rice and cucumber pickles
Just add 1:1 water to spice paste to pan with sliced mushrooms. Add additional items like black eyed peas or chickpeas to your taste. Heat together until cooked and consistency is fairly dry. Each bottle makes 4 portions.
Serve with rice and sides.

Grill for approximately half hour in an airfryer, oven or barbecue, turning once.
