Grilled Vindaloo Seafood
Grilled Vindaloo Prawns served with rice and pickles
Clean seafood like large shrimp or a fish steak and marinadeĀ with one tablespoon of vindaloo paste plus a tablespoon of oil (coconut, olive or vegetable oil of your choice) for an hour.
Grill for approximately half hour in an airfryer, oven or barbecue, turning once.
Serve with rice and sides.
