Onions, dried chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin, vinegar, salt, curry leaf, mustard seeds, vinegar vegetable oil
Just add 1:1 water to spice paste plus protein and vegetables of your choice. Each bottle makes 4 portions
Vindaloo is traditionally made with Pork & Potatoes but other meats can be substituted.
