How to Prepare

Just add 1:1 water (plus chopped tomatoes) to Country Captain spice paste to pan with chicken pieces. Raisins, and tomato paste are optional extras. Heat together until cooked and consistency is a thick tomatoey sauce. Each bottle makes 4 portions.

Garnish with sliced almonds. Serve with rice and pickles
