Fall Festival

Join us in planning Fall Festival - everyone's favorite community event!
Committee Members can chair Games, Prizes, Food Booths, Bingo, Set-up, Clean-up, Volunteer Coordination, Tickets, and Bake Sale.
Committee meetings are held weekly in September and October.

Red Tie Benefit is a fun night of celebration and fundraising for our grown-ups!
Be a part of the Committee and help with: Auction Procurement, Basket Packaging, Set-up, Registration, Sponsorship, Program & Printing, Decorations, and Publicity.
Committee meets mostly during January through March on a weekly basis.

Jog-a-Thon

Jog-a-Thon brings the whole school together for a day of Falcon spirit, fundraising, and running!
The committee needs your help running Signs, T-shirts, Volunteers, Popsicles, Set-up, Clean-up, and Post-Party.
Committee meets once in November, and then again in February before the event.
Service Opportunities
With sales throughout the year on-campus, Falconwear raises funds AND school spirit! Spirit shirt day is every Friday!
Check the weekly newsletter for upcoming sales, or email co-chairs for specific needs. And, volunteer to help at sales when needed!
These kids won't stop growing! Come grab a used uniform when you need one, or donate your gently-used uniforms.
Visit us on the first Friday of every month from 7:45-8:30 in the PTO Closet (next to TK classrooms). We'll also be at Meet the Teacher Day, and occasional events throughout the year.

Each grade participates in one or two Christian Service projects benefitting non-profits. Volunteer to be a Grade Rep and help coordinate this invaluable service opportunity.

Keeping the campus looking fresh is the job of our Beautification Co-Chairs! Help out with bigger projects around the Holidays, or before Open House.
Help St. Philip feel like home with Hospitality! Providing refreshments at Meet the Teacher Day, and serving lunch to the teachers at Christmas and the End of the Year, Hospitality always needs your help! Check the newsletter for sign-up opportunities.
Parenting is HARD, but Program Planning is here to help! With Parent Ed opportunities like Speakers, Informational Sessions, and even Movie Nights, get connected and grow together!
Sports Boosters plans the Falcon Invitational and Sports Night for our Falcon Athletes. Help out at the Falcon Invitational in the Snack Shop, Registration, Awards, or Field Events. Goooooooo Falcons!
Arguably the most important job on the PTO Board, the Traffic Committee keeps our students safe! Sign up to help out in the mornings at Drop-Off, an easy way to get service hours and greet our Falcons! Email Chair to volunteer.
St. Philip Dads' Club welcomes all Dads and Father Figures to join them in fun, fellowship, and fundraising! With events throughout the year, get to know other dads and get involved at school. Members pay a fee, get a cool hat, and invitation to all of Dads' Club events.

Welcoming our newest SPAS Families is a special and integral responsibility of the PTO. Volunteer to be a New Family Mentor, and make a new Falcon's start at St. Philip easier!
Occasionally, a Falcon family needs a hand, and prayers, with a crisis or special need. Helping Hands is there to coordinate outreach to the greater St. Philip community.

Oversees PTO Board and represents PTO on School Board.
Oversees Christian Service, Beautification & Sustainability, Hospitality, Program Planning, Traffic & Sports Boosters.
Oversees Book Fair, Red Tie Benefit, and Used Uniforms.
Oversees Fall Festival, Jog-a-Thon, and Falconwear.
Oversees Dads' Club, Room Parents, New Family Mentoring & Helping Hands. Manages PTO Board Nominations, and PTO Service Awards.
Maintains financial records for PTO, manages deposits and check requests.
Maintains PTO Calendars and communication, takes Minutes at all Board and Executive meetings.
Manages Public Relations needs for all PTO events, from flyers to social media.
