Preparing and Equipping
High School at St. Paul’s is an intentionally small Christ-centered educational experience designed to prepare and strengthen young people for college, trade or career, while developing lifelong learners and confident disciples.
This includes equipping our students with Biblical knowledge, character education, and excellence in academics. Building on the foundation provided in our elementary and preparatory programs, our high school program has been developed to give our students tools to grow in faith and defend a Biblical Worldview, continue on a path of lifelong learning and growing independence while gaining the confidence, resiliency, and integrity to stand on the side of Truth, Life, and Grace with the power of faith through the Holy Spirit.
Our High School program begins with on-site, instructor led classes necessary for full time students to earn up to 8 high school credit hours each year during their freshman and sophomore years. Our focus in course planning will remain on each student as an individual. As our students work towards meeting the state graduation requirements, our class offerings will support them in completing the courses necessary to choose a junior and senior year graduation pathway that best meets their individual goals and needs. These options may include joining Running Start, applying for the Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center, finishing high school at St. Paul's, or a combination of these options. The goal of this planning and our programming is to prepare each student for multiple choices beyond high school: college, trade school, career, and, most importantly, life as a Christian leader at home and in the community.
