Things for parents to know
Go over the packing list with your teen! Please ensure they pack ALL "Essentials Items" from above.
Contacting your teen during the weekend:
It is a very busy weekend. Please allow your teen to enjoy and be present at the weekend and do not over-communicate with them on the weekend. Also, phone recharging will be very limited (in dorm rooms only, and dorm rooms are locked throughout the day). If you need to contact your teen in the event of an emergency and are unsuccessful in reaching them, please reach out to Mike Boyea (youth minister) at 330-592-0281.
Medicine: if your teen needs assistance with medicine, please contact Mike Boyea at 330-592-0281 or ym@stpaulncanton.org well in advance before the weekend. Know that your teen will need to take all medicine they will need with them throughout the day in their bag. Dorm rooms are locked and are not accessible throughout the day.
