#OurBostonForest

What is it?

This collective storytelling and sharing initiative is one part of Boston's Urban Forest Plan's public engagement. We are asking residents to use their cameras (or phones) to get a diversity of perspectives on the role of trees in their lived experience of the city and its urban forest.

We knows tree provide numerous values but they can also occupy an important story in the story of our lives. Different cultures also celebrate trees in varied ways. Together, we want to ensure a variety of voices and stories ensure an expand perspectives through which we see the urban forest and its importance.
