Fine dust refers to airborne particulate matter that is small enough to be inhaled into the respiratory system, posing significant health risks. The most commonly referred particles in fine dust are PM10 (particulate matter with a diameter of 10 micrometers or smaller) and PM2.5 (particles with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or smaller).
