Learning a language at St Marys is creating opportunities to learn about and sharing different cultures and ways of communication in an environment where students feel safe to take risks.

The New Zealand Curriculum has 3 main objectives in learning languages program : cultural understanding, communication and language knowledge.

We would like to give the opportunity to our students to develop their awareness and celebrate different cultures.
