Classroom Incentives

When the class is following the 4 Rs they can earn points towards classroom incentives which are voted on by the class. This encourages students to work together towards a common goal. All students are expected to follow the 4 Rs in the classroom and throughout the school building. 

Classroom Discipline

When students are not following the 4 Rs there will be consequences. We will be following a logical/natural consequence system. The consequence will match the behavior. The goal with this system is to give students opportunity to reflect on behavior and make better choices in the future. 

Example: Rules broken - Respectful and Ready to Learn. Student was having side conversations during instruction and being disrupting. Consequence - After 2 warnings student will be removed from the group. Time is made up during recess.
